Running content production at an OFM agency
Collection, master files, per-account variants, naming conventions, scheduling and tracking: the workflow of an OFM agency posting its models’ content across dozens of accounts.

An OFM agency manages several models, each with several promo accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and X. Without a method, the volume quickly becomes unmanageable. Here’s a proven workflow, from the shoot to measuring results.
1. Centralise collection
Each model drops her raw content into her own folder, shared with the agency. One folder per week is enough to keep the history readable. Agree on a minimum standard: vertical video, good lighting, and no burned-in text if you plan to use the mirror.
2. Produce master files
Editing, subtitles and music happen once, on a master file exported at the best possible quality. Every variant will come from it: a mistake fixed on the master is fixed everywhere.
3. Generate one variant per account
This is the step that makes the difference. Each account gets its own version, with a different fingerprint. With Klypsed, you drop the week’s folder of masters and set the number of variants to the number of accounts. The Agency plan processes entire folders in one batch, up to 100 variants per file.
Check the fingerprint distance shown for each variant. Very dark or very uniform content moves less: raise the intensity for those.
4. Name files so you never slip up
A naming convention stops you posting the same variant twice. For example:
- model_week_content_v007.mp4 as it comes out of Klypsed;
- a tracking sheet mapping each variant number to an account;
- each variant used once, then archived.
5. Plan the week
Each account has its own audience, peak hours and tone. Post when each audience is active, write a caption specific to each account and vary the order of content. Scheduling tools let you prepare the whole week in one go.
6. Split the roles
- The content lead approves masters and sets the calendar.
- Account managers generate variants and schedule posts.
- Chatters convert the audience this brings in.
7. Measure what matters
Track average reach per account, follower growth and clicks to the link in bio. A lasting drop on one account is a cue to revisit that account’s format, hook or posting rhythm.
Privacy first
Models’ content is sensitive. Limit folder access to the people who need it, and avoid services that ask you to upload files. Klypsed processes everything on the agency’s computer: nothing is sent online.
Only work with content the models have approved for distribution, and follow each platform’s rules.
