No. Klypsed encodes everything on your computer. No video, photo or audio track goes over the internet. Only the licence key is checked online.

The email and payment details passed on by Stripe, the licence key (stored encrypted) and a technical identifier of the activated computer. The details are in the privacy policy.

The Free plan gives you 5 exports, no credit card. Variants carry a Klypsed watermark, but you measure the fingerprint distance exactly as on a paid plan.

Through Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your licence key is emailed as soon as payment is confirmed.

Yes, no commitment. The “Cancel your subscription” page, at the bottom of every page of the site, or the “Manage my subscription” button in the app opens the Stripe portal: cancel in a few clicks, free of charge, effective at the end of the paid period.

A key locks to the computer where it is activated. To switch devices, contact support.

A single app for Windows, macOS or Linux. The video encoder is built in, so there’s nothing else to set up.

Chrome and Edge show this message for files they haven’t seen much of yet. Open the downloads list, click “…” next to the file, then “Keep”. Only download Klypsed from our website.

Click “OK”, then open System Settings, Privacy & Security. At the bottom of the page, click “Open Anyway” and confirm. You only need to do this on first launch.
